Slowing down; a life skill

We're going to take a detour today from additional nutrition habits and discuss something crucial to real transformation: changing your nutrition habits requires you to make your new practices a part of your life.

Today, we take our "eat slowly" practice and look to expand it to other areas of life. If you can make "slowing down" a life skill, you'll be in totally new "diet" territory.

Look at where else you can "slow down" in life. Take action on one area this week that you wrote out in your worksheet. 

In addition, keep practicing to eat slowly by adding 1 to 2 minutes per meal per day. And of course, look for ways to make your meals "just a little bit better".
