The most impactful (and simplest) nutrition practice you'll ever do

Yesterday, we uncovered an inspirational purpose for being here. Now, it's time to introduce your second nutrition focused habit.

In today's lesson, I'll share with you one of the cornerstone habits that has literally been called by one of my clients, "the simplest and most impactful nutrition practice I've ever done". While this habit is simple in theory, it will require brand new awareness and practice for you to master. That, said, I know you CAN master it with a little work!

Wrap Up:

Begin to time how long you meals take. Once you have a baseline for how long your meals take to eat, begin to practice adding 1 to 2 minutes per meal per day.

Don't forget to also continue to make your meals "just a little bit better". What changes can you make to your meals in the next 24 hours that improve their nutrition?
